Account and Data Deletion

In short

Your account is yours. You can delete it at any time, without giving a reason and without having to call support.

There are three ways: the fastest is directly in the app; if you can no longer sign in, use the form on this page — enter your email, confirm the code we send you, and the request is filed; or simply send us an email. All of them lead to the same result — your profile and data are deleted within 30 days.

This page is also written for people who currently cannot get into the app, so you can read it without signing in.

Deleting in the app

This is the fastest route and takes less than a minute:

• Open the TVOJA integracija app and sign in.
• Go to Profile.
• Open Settings.
• Choose Request profile deletion.
• Confirm the request. You can add a short reason if you want — that is entirely optional and does not affect the deletion.

What happens next

We record your request immediately and the app shows you the date by which the account will be deleted. We carry out the deletion no later than 30 days after the request.

Until that date you can keep using the app normally. The 30-day window exists so that you have time to change your mind and so that we can finish any consultation that is still in progress.

You do not need to do anything else — the deletion goes ahead even if you remove the app from your device in the meantime.

Cancelling the request

Changed your mind? No problem. Go back to Profile, then Settings, where the button now offers to cancel the deletion request.

If you cancel before the deadline, nothing is deleted and your account carries on as before. You can always request deletion again later.

Once the deletion has been carried out there is no way back: the data cannot be restored, and if you register again later with the same email address you get a completely new, empty account.

What gets deleted

We delete your account and all the data attached to it:

• Sign-in data: your email address, the cryptographic hash of your password, and the link to your Apple account if you signed in with Apple.
• Your profile: first name, last name, date of birth, country and city of origin, and your notification and newsletter preferences.
• Your progress in the app: completed integration steps and your reading progress in the e-book.
• Your in-app search history.
• Your event reminders and subscriptions.
• Your devices and push notification tokens — after deletion we send you no notifications at all.
• Consultation requests linked to your account, and the deletion request itself.
• The integration case record we kept alongside your account.

What stays, and why

A few things do not disappear at that same moment, and we want you to know this in advance:

• The messages you exchanged with our team stay in that conversation, but they are detached from you — they are no longer linked to any user account, so it is not possible to tell from them who wrote them. Our team keeps the substance of the exchange without keeping data about you.
• Emails we have already sent — for example the reply to your company formation questionnaire — remain in our business correspondence for as long as the law requires or until our routine clean-up removes them.
• The record that linked your account to the campaign you arrived through, and to any earlier subscription, stays in the database with the link to you removed — what remains is how many people a campaign brought, not who they were.
• Usage statistics remain in aggregated, anonymised form, but they cannot lead back to you. They tell us how many people opened a guide, not who those people were.
• Data we are legally required to keep, above all accounting records relating to earlier subscriptions, is kept until the statutory period expires and is used for that purpose only.
• Database backups rotate automatically, so deleted data also disappears from the backups once the rotation cycle has passed.
• Error and crash reports are kept by our providers within their own retention windows; they contain technical data, not your profile content.

Deleting through this page

You do not need the app or access to your device. Enter the email address you registered with into the form above and we will send a six-digit confirmation code to it. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

Entering the correct code proves the address is really yours and files the deletion request — the same one the in-app flow creates. Nothing is deleted without the code being confirmed.

For security reasons we do not reveal whether an account exists for the address you enter, so the message shown after sending a code looks the same for everyone.

Deleting by email

If you have forgotten your password, lost access to your device or already removed the app, you can request deletion by email at support@tvoja-integracija.com.

So that we can find the right account and protect it from misuse, send the message from the email address you registered with and include:

• Subject line: Account deletion.
• The first and last name you entered in your profile.
• The email address of the account, or a note that you signed in with Apple (in that case also give the email address Apple shows you for this app).
• A sentence stating that you are requesting deletion of your account and all your data.
• Optionally, your reason — not required, but it helps us improve the app.

Timing, confirmation and help

We normally confirm receipt of an emailed request within a few working days. If we cannot establish with confidence that the account is yours, we will ask you an additional question to verify it. We will never ask you for your password.

We carry out the deletion within 30 days of the request. Under Article 12(3) GDPR we respond within one month at the latest; in complex cases that period may be extended by up to two further months, and we would tell you if that happened.

If what actually bothers you is only the notifications or the newsletter, you do not need to delete your account: you can switch both off under Profile, then Settings. If you only want to correct your details, you can edit them in your profile.

For any question about deletion or about your data, write to support@tvoja-integracija.com. The full details of how we process data are in our Privacy Policy.
